Martial ARts Training Seminar on Jiu-Jitsu and Combative Flow.

Seminar subject areas will include: Practical self-defense methods; Joint locks, arm bars and neck locks; Takedowns, Throws and sweeps; Combative flow continuous striking methods; Entering, blocking, redirecting and controlling methods; Pinning and holding methods and ground defenses techniques.
