- Hello Sensei Harty,
Thanks again for the arm bar lesson in class yesterday. I was wondering if you had any pointers for a taller person. I think I struggled a bit setting the arm bar and Sensei Evdakov said it might be due to my height. I talked to Sensei Cleary after class and she said you would be a good person to talk to about techniques for taller individuals. Any tips or pointers would be greatly appreciated.
